Midwest College of Cosmetology Student Competes
Normal, IL - March 26, 2008 - Midwest College of Cosmetology student Jenny Brieser of Atkinson is competing for over $50,000 in cash and prizes through the Junior Styles Stars. The competition is for the chance to travel the world and train with some of the top artists in the industry.
Jenny will complete a Long Hair Bridal design and makeup to be judged for the competition on the criteria of overall look and degree of difficulty. Judging is going on now and Jenny has made it to the 3rd round and is still in the running to win. Winners of the competition will be announced on April 1, 2008.
Jennifer Feaman, Education Supervisor at Midwest College of Cosmetology, says “the students train for about 4 months for this annual competition, so there’s a lot of work involved.”
