Instructor Training

Do you like to be in front of a crowd or do you want to teach the techniques you know to students? Then you should consider a career as a cosmetology instructor. To enroll in the program, you must have a current license in cosmetology and a high school diploma or GED.

Full Instructor in Cosmetology
This program involves instruction in lesson planning, theoretical concepts,
practical subjects, business methods, and education psychology.

500 clock hours if you have your Cosmetology license for 2 years or more.  1000
clock hours if less than 2 years.

*Program is also offered for Esthetics and Nail Technology.
